Not fast but food is cooked to order, I think it's worth it
The store needs a remodel and thorough cleaning. Can't help but feel a little dirty after waiting for 10+ minutes for chicken strips and fries basket while the place was virtually empty.
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Worst service ever. Takes over a half an hour to get food and takes 15 minutes for 1 blizzard. All of the staff look confused whenever you talk to them, place an order, or ask questions. Food usually comes out wrong. They forget to give drinks a lot too. You can stand at the counter for 20 minutes without getting acknowledged, just awkward looks and walking to the back. I ordered a salad and they forgot my dressing and my fork.
Very slow service. Understaffed. Wants to charge full price when they don’t have all the items for a chicken strip basket.
Very friendly people but house cleaning is definitely an issue.
